Overnight Charges
Doggy day-care for all dogs is $20.00 per day
Overnight stay for cats is $27.50 per pet and $35.00 for dogs.
Complimentary dog hydro bath included, so your pets are fresh and clean before heading home.
Change of Plans?
Please call early (the day before) so that we can make sure that their bath is scheduled accordingly.
The first day is charged as Day 1 – regardless of whether you arrive morning or afternoon.
The new day begins after 11 am like motels, so pets picked up after 11 am will incur boarding fee for an extra day.
Important Notice
Special care fee for administering medication: $25.00 per stay, per pet.
Terms & Conditions
Public holidays and school holidays incur a 10% surcharge additional to standard rates.
All bookings for school holidays require a 10% (of the total boarding cost) non-refundable deposit that is to be paid before any booking will be confirmed.
Any customer wishing to pick up their pets earlier than the booked date advised will incur charges for an extra day – This is because other customers may lose a boarding vacancy as those dates were reserved for your pets.
Grooming requires a booking. This service is available during peak holiday periods.
Please advise if your pets have special needs, medication or dietary requirements at the time of booking. Full details and instructions are to be given to the attendant at the reception while dropping off as well. We need to know what your pet requires to provide the best care.
Payment at the time of pick-up is to be made by cash and cheque only. EFTPOS is not available.
If you are running late for a pick-up, please call Kristine and make an arrangement for outside hours service on 0400 595 252.
In winter, feel free to bring your pet’s own doggy coats to make them feel more at home. Please ensure you label them with their name.
We may occasionally use Australian Bush Flower Essence to help pets with any separation anxiety and stress during their stay.
